Agency Procedures

The Nanny Option serves as the link between families and nannies. We do not employ nannies, but rather help them find employment. The service is absolutely free for the nanny applicants; payment is provided by the employers.

1. Complete the application. (A portion of the application may be completed on-line and faxed or mailed to The Nanny Option. A portion must be completed at the agency). Please Do Not Staple. Call (314)837-7013 for information and an appointment.

2. Meet with The Nanny Option representative to discuss potential employment opportunities.

3. Families which are a potential match will contact you and schedule an interview in their home.

4. The family will offer you a contract if chosen to hire.
The Nanny Option will periodically send you informative materials pertaining to childcare and local opportunities you can share with the children.

The Nanny Option awards monetary bonuses for nannies who:
• Are hired through The Nanny Option after successfully completing former jobs found through the agency.
• Refer others who are subsequently hired for successful employment through The Nanny Option.
